Extended Stay America Suites - Dallas - Richardson

The breakfast was fine. We like the location. It was close to many nice and affordable restaurants.

Staff was friendly, Price was great, Unit was fairly clean and spacious, NO BUGS.

Need higher shower seat, longer hose on shower

Well the reason I'm giving it such good ratings is they work with me I ended up checking in late a lot later than I intended to. And there is like not anymore the rooms that I had booked. And they upgraded my room. And then there was also a problem with trying to figure out like they did they take my payment or did the website take my payment but we've all. And they're really sweet and help me figure out what was going on stuff. Really the staff was just really really helpful and patient with me and you don't find that very often
